Hope Awakening Yoga is created from the belief that good things will happen with faith in a higher power. For me this higher power is God. Hope reduces feelings of helplessness, increases happiness, reduces stress, and improves quality of life. Yoga is not just an exercise, it is a way to talk to your heart. Every breath and every posture is a deeper connection with yourself. No matter how busy your life is, allow yourself to take time, to find calm and balance between body and mind. There's a rhythm to yoga that forces me to slow down, relax and take everything in. I delight in the opportunity to savor tranquility for a time, carrying it into my daily activities with mindfulness. I long to create a space that will benefit others, to make their days more pleasant, manageable and uplifting. I find joy in guiding individuals to a sense of belonging, to help, to lift and to love others. The light in my soul honors the light in your soul.
